Superstar singer Josh Groban resides in a breezy Malibu bachelor-pad, set on two acres of beautiful tree-filled hillside. He says, "When I first saw this place two years ago my reaction was, 'It's like being on an instant vacation—I'll take it.'" With the help of his interior designer mom, Lindy, the home now reflects his personality with a laid-back feel and stunning features. The home has a pool and waterfalls, as well as a wood-paneled media room where he hosts movie nights.
WHY HE LOVES IT There's room to grow. The expansive house and property is more than enough for the 27-year-old baritone. "I bought this house with the idea that I'd grow into it," he says.
